ABOUT JOSEPH SANTANA
After running an outsourcing business and a leadership development team, Joe was appointed by Siemens in 1998 to establish the D&I experience for its 65,000 employees. Following 14 years at Siemens and a resounding success that included the growth of 60 employee resource groups and 11 diversity councils, Joe founded Joseph Santana, LLC. Brands under the LLC include Supercharge Workshops, CDO PowerCircle, and ERG PowerTalk podcasts.
