The founding story of CultureHQ is traced back to the ping-pong table at Forrester Research in Cambridge, MA. It was there that co-founders Brian Vigeant and Jimmy Hall met over a game of ping-pong. In different departments in an office of 600, it was unlikely they would have otherwise met.

Brian and Jimmy quickly understood the value of their friendship, as it opened doors between the sales and data teams (and led to an exciting ping-pong rivalry). The trust between these teams helped increase sales and boosted customer satisfaction.

Inspired by these outcomes, Brian and Jimmy felt compelled to help other companies facilitate meaningful employee relationships. They teamed up with Kevin Deisz to produce software that connects colleagues in both personal and professional ways. CultureHQ remains committed to making employees happier, more collaborative, and more likely to stay with their companies.
